Soooo... Do you have any funny, silly moves that you want to share? It could be just a fun move you have thought or a huge mistake in a tournament. I don't know if GMs make huge, funny mistakes, but if they do, I would like to see them!

No such forum topic would be complete without this glorious opening:

Or perhaps the "how to check mate in 4 moves" fail:

These were only a couple of fun fails that COULD be played by chess players that only know the moves, I am waiting to see some really cool fails!

ok here is one. 2 grand masters play eachother 1. e4 e5 Qh5, the GM playing black reaches for his Knight, but accidently knocks over is king, before he can say adjusting his piece, the GM with the white pieces says touch move. GM with the black pieces thinks " Oh ...@ " ...Ke7 3. Qxe5#

Don't forget this favorite beginner fail opening:

That is probably the most terrible thing to ever happen.

It is a classic case of "OH LETS GET THE ROOK OUT IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE IT IS AWESOME!!!". Beginners fail a lot on that. I have actually seen a game that was going a lot like this:

Congratulations. You both managed to pull your rooks out.

Actually, I remember a child I used to know that was certain that it was a "chess rule" to be able to move both of your rook pawns front 1 square on the start of the game. So every time he played:

Really. Don't ask.

Seems like I might have heard about that "rule" before, at least something sounds vaguely familiar about it.  Or maybe it was someone claiming that instead of moving one pawn forward two spaces, you can optionally move two pawns forward one space.
