So silly, the player has almost lost his game but wont finish it, he hoped that I will get higher in rank in the meantime! We play 5 days for one move, now it can take a month
What do you think of it?!

Nope, from when the game ends. The idea is that your rating when the game ends should be a more accurate measure of your skill/strength.

I think you should play the game you agreed to, or resign if its that much of an inconvenience.
