I might be able to beat a super GM on bath salts.
I once tried playing on acid and I hung pieces every other move.
Granted, Silman managed it, but I probably took WAY more acid than he did.

mmm.... you seem to know ALOT about how strong people play when they are drugged up. this is kind of disturbing- do you play in a drug den or something??
anyways, I imagine that the material/time it would take to even a casual player/ strong player... depends alot on the casual player/strong player.

Class c vs expert with knight odds may be a little too much to say "destroy"
IM vs A class at pawn and move is not enough odds, knight odds would be better, but I guess you do say "destroy"
Other than that sounds pretty good... no experience with most of these though.
Basically whoemever is the player giving the odds win.
Whenever the odds are being negotiated the stronger player tends to say something like `a whole rook I am not Kasparov`
They say something like that theatrically when they could even give you a queen.
Time difference isn`t much of a handicap.
If you do want to try to negotiate receiving as large odds as possible try to get material odds given not time since chess is partially facial recognition technology so the time to recognize a positional feature is similar to how long it takes to recognize a family member who walks in the room.
