You mean how close is the chess.com rating to FIDE? That depends on a lot. I know there have been a few topics about correlation between some chess.com ratings and USCF ratings. One of the claims is the OTB is most similar to Live blitz here.
If you do a search on USCF and Rating or FIDE and Rating you'll likely find more than your fill of topics discussing it.
