He didnt take his adventage ( BxR ). When u ( Vincero ) Would use an bot , you shouldnt make that fault. ( when he took the Rook the game got an other twist ) This sort of people ( like your opponent ) are sore losers cos: how can u think someone gives his rook away while using an bot? He probably was angry to himself and thats why he was unrespectful to u. So youre absolutely right in my view.

Most of that is true, but the point is he started it. The most mature way to handle it is to ignore it or something similar, sure, but her reaction was understandable considering that at this point he doesn't really deserve respect. Posting this publicly was a bit over the top, but again, I can't blame her too much.
Then again... I have accused people in the past and was always right (their accounts eventually got closed). I mean if I'm like 99% sure a person is using an engine I might make a subtle comment to them, perhaps out of temptation and because it looks so obvious, but maybe that's not the right way to go. Probably one should just silently report them and have them checked. If they cheated, they'll get caught. If not, they were still not bothered so all is good. To accuse off of a mere glance is a little unfair; what if they happened to play a really great game.
Can't imagine how.
