Well, in that case, I reckon Black has reached full equality through lack-lustre moves by White. The first player's development has (IMO) been "too vanilla".

The third move 3. Bc4, whilst not bad, lacks ambition and places the Bishop on an awkward square. Better is 3. d4, opening more lines for rapid and purposeful development..... or 3. Bb5, when the Bishop at least bites on something.

I checked Maggi's turn-based list before I commented and saw nothing similar.

I slightly disagree with Prawn, I do think that 3.Bc4 is a bad move.  After black plays e6 (a better move than d6 in that position) white's bishop is just misplaced, and black has already achieved at least equality.

Think of it this way:  Black often plays e6 in the Sicilian anyway, even if white doesn't play an early Bc4.  It's a useful move in it's own right, but following 3.Bc4, it's even better!  I think 3.Bc4 deserves a dubious mark.

A bad move (?) is not a dubious move (?!), make your mind up.

I attempted to as well, but had to retreat before my eyes got burned out of their sockets.
