The is something that has me puzzled for years, after 1. e4 c5 2. Nf3 d6 3. d4 c5xd4 4. Nd4 Nf6 5. Nc3 a6 6. Bc4 e6, now most line continued with 7.Bb3. My question is the older lines when white plays 7. 00 or Be3 can black take on e4 with threat of fork with d pawn. if you can shared or have knowledge of any games.....

That would be a very bad way to play. Could you win the piece back? Sure, but while you're busy winning your piece back white will further increase his already huge lead in development and blow you off the board.

Beware of the very common Bxe6 theme in sozin variations.

Nxe4 in these variations is often bad, as forces black to yield his pawn centre, which is the main reason black can lack development yet still remain solid against white in many many open Sicilian lines. This generally leads to a game in which black has a disadvantage in activity, and white has easy aggressive play.
