There are paring charts, but usually it is the top seed with bottom seed, second highest seed with second lowest seed, so on so forth.
Yes thats how it is usually paired
Nakamura vs So and Carlsen vs Neponiachtcit (I probably spelled that very badly ) in the semis, Hikaru vs Magnus in the final. Who wins that is anyone's guess.
