what i think is unfair is time-out protection for premium members , they should remove it
Totally agree. It is an unfair advantage given to people who pay.
Vacation bank should also be equal for all types of membership.
@Martin_Stahl and others:
there should be reward for quick players
instead of tye break points, why not rank players at equal points in function of the average move time in all games of current round ?
that way in a given group, if the top players have 10 points and the tournament rule specify 1 advance then only the quickest top player pass to the next round.
that apply to 3+ groups, not to 2 players group where both would advance.
It would give an unfair advantage to people with constant access to chess.com (think of kids who have symbiotic relationships with their smartphones) over people who visit chess.com only once a day (think of an adult with a day job who only plays chess on her computer at the end of the day).
