Stalling/cheating

This one username [public accusations are not allowed -- MS] stalled the game for 30 full minutes and i think at the end he/she used some app and to win the game. The most frustrating thing is not being able to do anything about other than click the report icon. This user should be banned for life but I dont think anybody cares.

A user called [public accusations are not allowed -- MS] definitely cheated against me and around ten other people, hes a 300 rated player playing at 99% accuracy and had a 17 game win streak with no games below 90%. It seems like he stopped cheating for his recent games though. I reported my game and chess.com did nothing even though it was blatant cheating

no. he didnt take 2 minutes per move but if you calculate moves/30 minutes then you can reach that conclusion. at the end he moved his pieces within split seconds and during the beginning he took almost 5,6,7 minutes/move. 30 minutes game doesnt really mean players need full 30 minutes and because 10 minutes is little short and they dont have enough players on 15 minutes game. But I dont deliberately stall to torment others and this is actually worse than cheaters using apps to cheat because when they do that atleast they play fast and its only an artificial intelligence.

basixswexy? some games can last for full 30 minutes depending on the competitiveness of the game, mind immersed and its a great thing but some people start stalling just after 3 moves to break you mentally. beside that had I lost due to my bad play then i wouldnt come here to raise this issue, what you are saying is illogical.
