Truly exceptitional, my assumption was it would take at least 3 years to 5 years to get top 2% (2000 blitz+ here). It is probably impossible in 20 years ago. But these days it become possible due to massive resources available in internet for enthusiastic people.

It all depends on what do you want to use.
Do you want to use videos? If yes then diamond.
If no: Will you do more than 25 puzzles per day? If yes then platinum.
If no - gold is enough. Probably the most sensible is gold (if videos are not needed), but if you are puzzle addict then at least platinum.

800 is average for this site. 200 is average for the real world. So either way 1200 is most certainly above average
