The test is incomplete, but still much stronger!
You must compare engines in same conditions, (not 1 core vs 4 cores)
SF 10 , single cpu vs SF 9, single cpu!!
This is the first complete SF 10 test in 3+1 TC condition by CEGT, +66. However in longer TC, I expect +50 though.

The other popular rating sites havent finish testing yet.
1. Ipon
2. Fast GM
3. SPCC
i want the results of stockfish playing itself, arranged by opening and noting color of winner.
let's do one test to start out: a very good opening for white, the same first 15 moves each time.
How many games would you like to see?
There are 1,500,000,000.
Yes 1.5 billions Stockfish vs Stockfish games already tested in 6 years.
Stockfish 10 ELO 3560
SF 10 is 1 year old engine now. We dont use anymore.
Latest SF11 development version is + 45 elo already.
go in the database and pick the largest set of games having the same first 25 moves (since there are so many games) and let's see the results. this must be stockfish vs stockfish of the exact same version and same number of processors, not stockfish versus something else. let's see the percent wins by white.
then pick another and another set of games...if not the first 25 moves the same then drop down to 24, then finally down to 20. post the results here, please, tabulated in rows as such:
move list (up to first 25 moves, not all the rest of the moves), % win by white
If by chance there is a % win by white up around 65%, we should then do an additional test which I would mention.. You can search your custom positions from database.
Stockfish development doent go with that methods.
Similar to your mentioned methods are used in Leela Neural Network training or MCTS search
Stockfish development has different approach, statistical confidence intervals and methodologies.
Leela has around 50-80 million training games during her learning. You can ask Leela any position and she can tell you percentage of win based on her training experience.
With that massive experience in her neural network, Leela can tell the winning chance of any position, without searching any moves. ( 0 moves search).
Even without search, her accuracy of any position is approx 2000- 2200 elo. Basic master Level.
In general ,
1 position search of Leela is approx equal to 1000 position search of Stockfish.
Please ask in stockfish developer goup about Stockfish data,

Or, this private tester also test a lot of Stockfish games

Computer chess developers really care about statistics and relaibility. Your curiosity require a lot of exhaustic works to get a reliable data.. You will understand later.
Good luck.
I am happy to report that the indisputable strongest chess engine in the world called Stockfish will soon be 10 year old and stockfish has been progressing well since after the release of Stockfish 9.
