Stop ruining it for everyone

I'm new to chess and found this site - so far so good at least for a little bit. But recently 2 people I played were extremely rude and making insults. It makes me want to quit this site and not play anymore. Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions?

Disable chat. Report them?

Unfortunately, you will find that anywhere on the internet. 

Just try and let it roll off and don't let it get you down. I would suggest joining a group or two and get to know the people there.

I have run into far more nice people on this site than rude people.

play on and pay little attention to them. I played alot of games and hardly have bad experiences. If someone was to say bad things then he may do so. I dont read it, or I read it and think "ok, good for you".

Ignore them, they are kids, only enjoy the game :)

Disable chat/set it to friends only.

They are idiots, why do you care what they say?   There is only one person who has the power to not allow it to affect YOU.

thanks for the tips - I think disabling chat would work best.
