hi, yes i know trolls are annoying. The best way to try to get them to quit is to use their own methods against them, but its not always effective

Well, if more of us are complaining about him, that would cause chess.com to pay more attention and do something about it. Or we could ignore trolls and just have a club that states we don't like them. Effective strategy as well.
