I understand the threefold repitition rule, I'm trying to understand which position repeated 3 times? Maybe you could explain?

Still can't see it man. 42,44,66 are different positions on my screen.
Does anyone know why this was a draw? I can't figure it out. It says repitition but we only repeated once. Am I missing something?
