Streamers Cheating with Chat/Viewers

So I've noticed SOME streamers (esp. on Twitch) are cheating by getting advice from the viewers who are communicating via Twitch chat. It's not typically the top-rated streamers, but I've definitely noticed it happening a lot with people in the 1000-2000 rating range. Some streamers do a good job of telling their audiences not to help give hints during games, but it remains a possibility at all times and seems like a serious potential for unfair play. Chess.com (and I guess other sites) need to develop a protocol or rule about people who stream and ban those who use Twitch chat to get help during games.

Personally I don’t care if people cheat but you have a valid point I think. It happens a lot. For what I have seen always with good intentions: helping and learning.

One more reason, out of many many more, to not take online ratings seriously.
