That is why I go for a jog (or try to at least) every other day. Makes life less stressful. There is also new research out that shows that regular excersize increases brain function.
This is true. I had a hard time trying to concentrate in the second half of tournaments Since I started working out I have seen a huge jump in my rating. From losing to 1200-1400 uscf rating to beating them about 70% of the time in just a few months. Also training for chess helps
