Currently Stockfish is the strongest chess engine, when a high-performance quantum computer is developed I think Leela Zero could be the strongest of all or maybe it could be Stockfish or any other chess engine that we could not foresee.

Quantum computers already are commercially available.
You can run any Python code on it.
Stockfish is written in C++.
