Does anyone else have this problem? If you have some advice it would be really helpful. I started playing chess in December and now I'm stuck at 1400, what should I do to get better?

Yeah, I have the same problem, stuck at 1000 in blitz.cry.png

I believe the solution is to study some opening variations in order to gain a good position from the start.
