I'm no expert, but one thing that may help - instead of playing lots and lots of Blitz and Bullet games every day, just play 1 or 2 Rapid games with a long time limit and then review the games afterwards. As a beginner, it's tough enough to spot the best moves when you have lots of time - playing Blitz and Bullet just makes it harder. If you enjoy those fast format games, you can always return to them once your skills have improved.

You play too fast. Someone at your level especially should never have 3 minutes on your clock 30 moves into a 5 minute game. Don't worry TOO much about always staying ahead of your opponent on the clock. Instead, go into the tank and try to out-think your opponent, then gain an advantage that you can leverage to dig your way back out of the tank again. That style of play forces you to think and you will gain a better understanding of the game, and build better habits. I'm not a professional teacher and I can't tell from just a couple of games what exactly is killing your game, but I would say you should focus way more on reducing your blunder rate, and never ever playing impulsively unless you have less than 10% of your clock remaining. And stop playing 1 minute. It's terrible for habit building. 5 minute is more than fast enough to force you to stay focused and manage your time well, IMO.
