Stuck between 600-700 ELO

Hi, I've been stuck between 600-700 ELO for a while now and when I manage to reach 700 I get destroyed immediately and I go back down to 660-670 ELO, do you have any advice for me? I've tried to apply the advices on the forum but I think it just doesn't work for me.
