I'm very interrested, however I'm still in school and won't have time for it until after the 7th June. I'll send you a message if I remember.

chessmaster, i am more than willing to look at my system with someone else.

this can encourage interchange of ideas and value of the advice contained in the book as well as search for exceptions.

how should we do this?

don't be misguided by my blitz rating. i am quite a lot better than that.

i have read my system up till the chapter on rooks on the 7th rank etc.

chessmaster, i have not played many tournaments.

but i don't think i meet the 1700 FIDE requirement.

i don't have a problem with any time zones.

i prefer to do the study over live chat rather than skype because it takes up too much bandwidth.

my proposal is the following.

we go one chapter at a time and meet once a week online. we could analyze stuff and see who sees more and discuss the concepts etc.. and where they apply.

good luck to you all. I'm going to study Pandolfini's "the chess doctor" all by my one's.

anybody else for a structured study plan?

any other books are also acceptable but my system seems to be a good one to start with.

any endgames book are also worth considering.

chessmaster, maybe we can start off on a few things and then if you feel that it is not going well then we can call it off.
