Chess 960
Suggest a name for Chess 960 / Freestyle Chess / Fischer Random Chess

Fisher Random Chess
Why not name it after the promoter?
What's wrong with that?
Nothing wrong with that generally speaking. But, the words 'Random' and the name of a player in the name of a variant are both bad attributes in many people's opinion (and I concur with that opinion) for details, see Naming section in Wikipedia page on 960.

"Fischer random" appeared almost 30 years ago, there was a lot of hype, and it slowly came to nothing.
So far, the only "serious" development has been to rename it. Twice.
This is worse than Hollywood. Releasing the exact same product 3 times in 30 years, trying to trick people into thinking this is something revolutionary?

No, there were multiple world championships including two officially approved/organised by FIDE
Chess 960, also known as Fisher random chess has been given other new names such as Freestyle chess and chess 9LX. Since new names are on the table, why not properly discuss those names. This thread is for you to propose a new name, or upvote/downvote the names proposed. Feel free to suggest a new name, or upvote/downvote an existing/new name proposed by another user. I request to include only the suggested name in one post. And then quote this post and write your justification for the name or any explanations you wish to add in a separate post (this is so that upvoting/downvoting the names will show how people like/dislike a name, and the response is not agreements or disagreements to your explanations). This question is motivated by this post by dabudabuchess (part of the post is quoted below)
Naming it Freestyle Chess, Chess960, Shuffle Chess, Fischer Random or Chess9LX doesn't matter to me that much. I still ranked them in descending order.
Freestyle: I think freestyle chess has a nice ring to it.
Chess960: is good and has some history. Although, it might be a potential own goal, if some of these 960 positions are not really playable. Or rules are changed regarding castling or bishops.
FR: For all of Fischers greatness .... Not so sure, we want to have this association.
We could have stayed with shuffle chess. Surely no one likes the ugly Chess 9LX name. But that is the main point: legal battles. I don't know if chess960 or Fischer Random is trademarked anywhere. Maybe they just want to trademark their own name, but these legal issues are the reason someone decided on the awful Chess9LX term. Similar reason are probably behind the Freestyle Chess name.
I like the name chess 960 and I can live with Freestyle chess, but many people hate one or both of these names. We can all agree Chess9LX is horrible. At least let us figure out a name in case somebody wants to use a name other than the ones listed above (e.g. for trademark reasons).
I request to either upvote/downvote a suggested name, or respond with thumbs up or thumbs down, NOT do both so that counting will be easy.
