What it should do: When a user's connection drops in a timed game whilst their turn, continue to countdown their normal time.

Do you mean you don't want to forfeit disconnections after 60 seconds any more? Before this was put in, a lot of people would just disconnect rather than resign. They faced no consequences. Now, they get a fair play warning.

Suggestion: put suggestions in the Site Feedback and Suggestions forum.

I actually used the App to put in the suggestion in the Site Feedback and Suggestions forum. Clearly, bugs are not limited to the game.  No wonder this did not show up.

BTW, what is wrong with the game  just counting down from the players time whilst disconnected. That is punishment enough, and if they disconnect on purpose they will run out of time and lose anyway.  You can get even more elaborate, show that the user is disconnected, after 2 or 3 mins give the option for the other player to chose to end the game and declare victory.

The problem stems with 2 things,

1) why a 60 second countdown if the player still has time on the clock? I played a great game in under 2 minutes I devastated the ranks of the opponent who was much higher in rank than me. My opponent would sit for 2 to 3 minutes between moves because he/she could not decide what to do next. I patiently waited, they should too.  I had over 7 minutes on the clock in a 10 minute blitz. YOU DONT KNOW HOW ANGRY I AM STILL! I deserved to use my full time, I had plenty.

2) Re-connection of my device does not mean the app reconnects immediately; what I mean is, my phone dropped the connection (on a train moving through a dead zone) for 20 seconds. How long does the app take to reconnect? More than 40 seconds!! So I am penalized for the app's inabilities. I am responsible for my phone connection, but the app is responsible to reconnect my game to my phone.

Yea I will post in the Site Feedback and Suggestions forum USING MY COMPUTER THIS TIME. I'm very close to never coming back to this app again and giving it the worst review possible on the app store, I already moved on to Zynga's to test the waters.
