I have a thread started for 1200-1600 players. The idea is we would play unrated games and discuss the moves while using an engine on and off. The main idea is to not use it until you need. When you do, let your opponent know. They might give feedback and you could discuss moves before actually submitting.
It would all be learning based, and winning for ratings would not be a part of this.

How does one improve? As I am stuck in the low 1200s, that is the question. There are so many tools to learn, (youtube, online courses, puzzles, books, replay advanced players' games and Chess.com's lessons) I am at a loss on how to best proceed. Paralysis by analysis sets in! Advice and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
