To promote someone to SA, they must be a paid member.
Super Admin and Admin bug Club.

So, I have a club with four people, I am super Admin but in rhe manage members section it shows me that I can promote people to super admin. So I made someone else super admin. Then I went to make a second super admin. I could only do that to 1 person. but the second, it showed only promote to admin, not super admin. How can I fix this?
