This is bs. I’ve had multiple games today where it shows me having a bad connection; however, it’s happened in 3 different areas where my service was excellent. I lost all of the games. This is an excellent way to keep players from playing. Fix it.

Hmm… I don’t see any games that are abandoned in your search history. Is there something else that you would like to tell us?
I didn’t abandon any of them. Not sure why you’d assume that. I would go red for 5-6 seconds at a time, losing enough time that I would lose on time.

How many games have I played today or did you just look at the last 17 only? Also, does 2 not equate to multiple? What is this backlash? Do you think I’d come here to waste my time complaining about this? I wish it wasn’t a problem too but stop assuming I’m lying. I want the staff to look into it, not you or anyone else who can only speculate (or accuse me of lying which is just weird).

I looked at your last 17 losses, not the last 17 games. That includes a couple from yesterday.
No backlash or accusations of lying here, but, yes I do think you'd wast your time to come here and complain about nothing.
Maybe just get over it, take the 2 losses, and move on with your life?
Yeah. None of that helps me or explains the why it was happening. Obviously, I don’t need to complain but chess.com didn’t need to make this forum either. Yet here we are.
