Swiss or Arena Tournaments?

I like playing Swiss tournaments cus in arena by the time my first match has finished there is almost always someone already on like 3 points so yeh Swiss
In arena you can join or quit as you like and you get a new game faster.
In swiss you have to commit to play all rounds and you have to wait till the next round is paired.
