Tactic book vs tactic training online

Is there anything better with tactics book compared to tactic problems online, here on chess.com and other unmentionable sites? With problems from book there is no time stressing. What are other advantages and disadvantages? Book vs online.

A good book, like Essential Tactics--available as an ebook from Amazon, will explain things as well as presenting problems.

i prefer tactics books because a good tactics book will have positions which occured in actual games...which you may encounter in your own games...i dont think i will ever see most of the positions from online puzzles on a board☺

I did in fact encounter problems from online tactic training in my games, both online and otb.

Im not saying you wont encounter those positions...i just think you will get more value out of a book
