So in recent times my 15/10 rating (which I mostly play) has gone round 130 points but my tactics has gone down by round 80 points. Anybody has a explaination for this phenomenon?

The explanation is that your tactic trainer rating and your standard chess rating have no correlation. In standard chess you may be playing with more focus and blundering less while at the same time not recognising tactical patterns as fast as you used too.
