I totally agree with you, brother. What is doing the western world and chess.com is called HYPOCRISY. I cannot understand why chess.com is involved with politics. If it was fair in his acts, it would have removed the flags of USA, Turkey, France and other countries for doing exactely the same what did Russia against Ukrain.

Chess.com own the site. They set the rules. If you dont like it, play elsewhere.

I always thought that chess is above politics. Now i see that i am wrong.
I receive a letter from administration. It was in russian but i will try to translate (i think everybody receive it). Chess.com said: Chess.com is not going to deprive anyone of the opportunity to play chess on Chess.com . We believe that chess helps people from different countries to communicate and has a positive impact on the global situation. It was March 5.
And now they take away my flag. Can you imagine reaction of patriot of USA if anybody take away his flag? Will anybody who like his country say that it is ok?
What choice do i have? Chess.com let me play chess. But without flag. It is some kind of dishonour. To forget flag of my country is the same as to forget my ancestors. So i return my flag to me. (it is not yet forbidden to use flag as avatars). It is better to be banned than play in dishonour. It is my choice.
And for administration of chess.com... I realy would like that you remember this: One bad move nullifies forty good ones. Your site is good. I realy like it. But you bring pollitic in game It is bad move. It is bad not for reputation...it is bad for ideology of free chess. I want to believe that you will be brave to undestand your mistake and correct it.
