very rarely, says more about them, don't rise to it. Maybe hit them with a gg then leave. or maybe even a gg thanks for the game, that'll really annoy them.

I just immediately block them so I never know what they reply. All I know is that it leaves me in a good mood.
I always say good game wether I win or lose, staying sportsman is important.
This was the only tease I ever got on this site:
He then proceeded to make the worst mistakes ever and even gave me his queen for free...

In other words you are a snitch. The only time I will ever use the report feature is if I feel strongly that my opponent used an engine.

Keep in mind that this is the same guy who said that it was disrespectful for a 13 year old to ask on the forums for help with his parents forcing the kid to not resign.

I don't report everyone I come across who is negative, but I don't think "snitch" is the correct term. I am simply trying to keep chess.com a nice place for everyone and the atmosphere is better without members negative like this. If their account gets paired into the "poor sport" category, then they will play other "poor sports" more often, so really it is a win-win scenario.
No hard feelings really. I'm happy because I don't have to deal with them and they are happy because they are playing chess with people of similar temperament who also share their own values.
