Since my Sansung S7 Edge upgraded to the Nougat version of Android the notation on my Android ChessBase app has become corrupted. This didn't happen straightaway but after a few days, so there may not be a link. Some of the notation in some of the games in some of the databases is corrupted, but not consistently. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the ChessBase app, and even did a factory reset of my S7 Edge today, but the problem is still there. Does anyone have any suggestions for me please? ChessBase had been working beautifully on my smartphone until this happened.

Instead of N for knight or B for bishop I'm getting what looks like Chinese characters, but it's an intermittent problem. I open a particular game, bug is there, close the game and open it again, bug is gone, notation is normal, but problem returns. What's going on?
