I am a starter, been on Chess since 2-3 months and I've been obsessed with it. But also never imagined to quit that fast whenever I committ a mistake or blunder. It's like, I cannot really stand seeing myself committing something that is obvious not a good idea. Still stuck at 100 ELO for this reason I believe

Yeah I'd agree. IF you think you made a mistake, don't just resign. It's possible that either your opponent doesn't see it, OR you made a miscalculation and your move is perfectly fine, and the latter happens far more often than you might think.

I would recommend learning how to analyze your own games (there are plenty of guides on how to do this on YT) which should help you learn to recognize mistakes after you play your games.
