People who play junk like this almost always are premoving. Look for ways to take advantage of that. Shoving one pawn down the board isn't that exploitable other than getting a big lead in development. I've had games as white that black started a6 b6 c6 d6, hmm ok. I move Bg5 and they premoved e6, thanks for the queen! Another fun one is those guys that do a premove fianchetto setup every single game. 1.e4 g6 2.d3 bg7 3.Bh6 b6 thanks for bishop and rook! Garbage chess at it's finest lol.
That one Annoying Player Who...
Well you are complaining about something that you can easily avoid if you just stop playing those ridiculous and useless time controls.
I would recommend trying this... because now he would have to think about his next move. But if he is using pre-move, take advantage of that.
play Nxa6.
Knights on the rim are grim.
The chances to win are slim. So slim that you'll lose a limb! LOL
i agree with ZachSavaglio
This was otb but still...
That foreigner who takes out (and eats) a tunafish sandwich on wheat with some foul-smelling, homemade dressing.
Bobby is right, unfortunately.
But yes, Bobby is right.
That doesn't necessarily mean he could do it, but he is right.
Maybe he didn't even know that he was right at all, but yeah, he is ... right.
Beware if you don't want to get checked
I am a knightmare
A pawn when you step
My bishops are a big scare
Bishops are unsaintly
Slaying enemies daily
They sacrifice themselves for a higher cause
I'm playing out this game even though I get no applause
You're a novice when you play
I'm Sun Tzu at his best
That means my strategy can withstand the test
can subdue your mind
and in time you'll find
My thinking's not black or white
It's ornery
Never tip my king
Even if you corner me
The rooke is my home,
defense from those who prey on me
My queen is always loyal
Til the end she stays with me
Til the end she lays with me
My mate til mate
Your hand's reaching for the clock
but it's far too late
Why push just one pawn when you can push all of them?

Come on. We've all played against someone who chooses the quickest time control then launches 1 pawn constantly up the board in an effort to win on time. They harbour no real skill, but it can be a difficult strategy to beat. Any tips?
