The Best Chess Piece!

Now. There are 6 different pieces in chess. Rook, Knight, Bishop, Queen, King and pawn. But in my opinion, the pawn is the strongest!
If for say, a knight is challenged by a pawn, it must move else the knight will be taken and there is material loss. ALso, due to there being 8 pawns, they can be used for attack as bombshells or defence as walls. In addition to that, the are used to gain space on the chess board and without moving at least 2 pawns you cannot develope your forces! All in all, the pawn MUST be the best chess piece!
