the chess board does not show and cant access the "help"

Hello

Ihave a problem /

REcently i get many times when playing on line games a bug !

I can get my request and i can seee clock runnibg .... but cant see the board !

The system thinks i am a bad person and i abort ..over and over again ...and even banned me /

I also cant access the "help" ? (lower left)

please help

I and using google chrome

Try clearing your browser cache. There is a known bug with the board in Lessons and the fix is to change the move animation type on your settings, to something that isn't Arcade or Natural. So, that might be worth a try.
