The game froze

I was playing 10 min, chess against Romanji, but in the 11 move, the app froze, no my cell, just the app, so I couldn't move, I was forced to quit game, any idea of why that happen? (sorry for my english,je parle spanish)

Apps usually freeze when you lose your connection.

Next time this happens, close and then reopen the app as soon as you realize it's frozen, and you still might be able to continue the game -- pretty sure this has worked for me in the past, though it's been a while since i've played Live via the app.
