The Philippines needs GM Joey Antonio

How many times GM Joey Antonio would have to back out of Chess Olympiad because of some alleged extrachess moves by whoever wields the power in the NCFP?

Many Pinoy chess enthusiasts can't help but feel aghast and disgusted by the recent news involving GM Antonio.

GM Joey Antonio deserves respect and unwavering support from both the government and private sectors. It's time to fix the Philippine chess, and end the Pichayeque-like era of mediocrity.

Calling PDu30. Please help Filipino chessers in general, and perhaps you can start by giving due recognition to GM Joey Antonio while kicking some asses in the NCFP.

You should seek help from private individuals who like to do philanthropy. Government having to promote chess is a bad idea because there are many things that are more urgently needed to help people with. For example if government has to spend any money and has to choose where then they should definitely spend to help health care system or other economy improving programs.

Argumentum ad hominem. Rest in peace.

They say 'more fun in Philippines'. Actually it is more dumber in the Philippines. And I have been to the Philippines, and know some Filipino.

Hasty generalization. Check your logic, before somebody tells you to eat your own words.
