I suspect Kxa8# is quite rare. The above diagram is also impossible, but I'm too lazy to make one that's possible.

Why would Bc6xd5 need three same colour bishops? Would bishops on just c6 and c4 not suffice?

I think that Bf3g2# is pretty rare, although it's likely more common than other triple bishop mates (as there is no piece/pawn being taken)
