I consistently have the problem of the whole screen freezing when im on chess.com. Look at this game: https://www.chess.com/live#a=1067103

I was winning, but this is the first time in a game that my screen froze. I was winning that game my opponent is so lucky my screen froze!!!!!

Is this with the iOS app? It's got problems at the moment - the developers have been working on it, but the most recent version didn't quite fix the issue. Not sure when the next fix will be issued.

Through the Safari web browser or using the app? The iOS app has this problem, but if it happened with Safari, that's probably just a connection problem that happened at that particular point in time - see How can I improve my live chess connection? - Chess.com Member Support and FAQs

Been having the same problem for weeks , I move but my clock keeps counting down meaning I either lose the game or do not have enough time left.

My time also looks like it does when its not your turn, but it still goes down. Same for my opponent.

Excuses keep being given to this issue and generally it is blamed on the user but I have played on chess.com for years on many various devices, os, browsers, WiFi, hardline and always have this issue, however only in winning positions. This is an exploit not hardware or software issues. Stop paying these guys as they cannot or will not and have not solved this problem FOR YEARS!!!
