He's 600 bullet. But probably 2000+ rapid.
He may have cheating after this game. He layed fairly then decided to cheat and quickly more than doubled his rating. Cheaters are very rare are 600 level because they'll win a few games and escape that level.
Plus basically all cheaters who start at 600 pass by ratings like 1000 or 1400 while those who start cheating at 1000 or 1400 won't pass by 600 at any point.
are you sure that he got banned for not fair play but for an inappropriate username?

Wonder if this thread will last until 2021 (just 4 or 5 days away, depending where you are in the world). Happy New Year; can't be much worse than 2020 (hopefully).

It's not that they can't use an engine: it's that it's very uncommon at that rating and that when it does happen, it tends to be super easy to identify and act against it.
