There's something else wrong here, I keep seeing FIDE ratings less than 1400 which is impossible since FIDE only publishes ratings >1400

There's something that i dom't understand here...i started a game on the 10th of december...it was a 1 move /3 days match. my opponent made didnt made his move very quickly..well thats ok..and he stopped making any move lately and obvious he was running out of time. Yesterday i got a message saying that i won the match by TIMEOUT...with all the rating adjustments made..that's the normal way of how things work here.
But today, when i viewed my online chess games...that game is still going on...with 2 days left..and ny opponents has not made any new move !!!!! there's definitely something wrong here!!! what do i do now?...i can't continue because i won it by timeout before!!!!
