Don´t know if you´re trying to troll me or something, you do realize that you can simply go on facebook or something while the time is running out and come back when theres like 30 secs left, right?

i dont think thats a bad excuse, i really thikn i play better when not influenced.

To be honest ... it all depends on what you've been taking, and how much of it. Alcohol makes me careless, while pot is great for correspondence chess, but horrible for anything faster. I'm not promoting the usage of any drugs by this, I'm just sharing my experiences.

Why not? If it's in moderation, it enhances the enjoyment I draw from Chess. I never play OTB, and if I would, I would never be appear there intoxicated. No reason to call me stupid for it.

It's so common for me to waste a totally winning position due to an egregious blunder that I was tempted in many games to say something like that. It's just too long to fit into the chat window.
