you just played the endgame wrong

trading f6 is a bad idea because then you don't have any more passed pawns

I mean a position like this should be winning for you - white doesn't have any threats and you can play Ne2 and Nc1 to grab b3 and you can go from there. after you traded all your pawns it's a draw because now white has passed pawns and you have to play defense even though you're up a piece

but don't put yourself down on it too much
