This site is a joke!!

You're not an innocent victim. By your own admission you can not maintain a connection that is adequate to use the service. I understand why that would be frustrating. However, the world doesn't revolve around you. Chess.com needs to do what they can to ensure that those who are connecting to live chess games are likely to get opponents who will in fact not waste their time. Again, by your own admission you waste many people's time.
Why do you think their experience is less important than yours?

still the fair play policy is sort of fascist, and why would chess.com want to drive away a premium member? before the fair play policy was instituted the live chess experience was still fine. it hasn't gotten a ton better

Online turn-based chess does not require a great connection, you should try it.
Once you have established a regular playing circle, you can knock out two or three games in an evening, with one opponent.
