It is easy to get discouraged when you are on a losing streak. However, you have been playing for only 3 months and it appears you have made steady progress for most of that time.
It seems like you have won a lot more games than you have lost overall.. Being higher rated than 98.5% of the active rapid players isn't so bad. Is it?

Those game performance ratings are not real ratings.
You can analyze the same exact moves from a game and change the rating in the pgn. You will see that they just work on a formula.
