Have you ever resigned a game when about to win. I have. You get this player who cannot cope with loosing. With a long time on the clock he continues to play when defeat is inevitable..

A couple times in the last month people have resigned 5 minute blitz games against me in fairly even, playable positions, and I was like WTF?  I have also noticed another unusual thing:  Rarely played variation in game one, and in the next game against a different opponent, THE SAME RARELY PLAYED VARIATION!  It's like some of these people purporting to be different opponents are actually the same, or that some of the opponents are actually machines.

So, you loose points... On the off chance your opponent might be offended? I'd rather gain points, and, by winning, humiliate them- not that I ever want to do that, myself.

Sorry I don't get that.
