Falsely accused for sandbagging and thrown out of elites league

When leagues contest came out I was one of those who was ready to take on the challenge to climb up the ladder to champions league (and maybe even legends league) and win some prices. All this went fine until two days ago (friday) when I was falsely accused of sandbagging/rating manipulation on chess.com. I was then granted back my peak blitz rating, got one out of two strikes (next strike = permaban) and thrown all the way back to woods league. With me being in the top 3 in the elites league before the incident and having had no business whatsoever in whatever the staff claimed you can imagine what I must have felt (Had the site open showing my progress of the league that I had less than an hour before I was thrown back to woods league and so I post a screenshot of that here and can be found in the end of this post). I tried to contact staff for support asap, but was simply sent to the appeal ticket system - which by the time they answer people will already have passed me in my division and moved on to champions league.

I have put alot of hours and effort specifically towards this contest and would have obviously not have played nearly as much if it wasnt for it, especially in the last few weeks with uni starting and more and the fact that more and more trophies has to be accumulated each week. We are easily talking three digit hours.  And then to be thrown away just like that feels quite injustice.

And for clarification reasons, in case some person reading this goes and checks my profile briefly to see that indeed my blitz rating had fallen a few houndred points: There are two types of players in leagues at the «league lvl» I was in: 1. people who have dropped a few houndred pts of rating; or 2. players who have created an acc mainly for leagues dating back to december 2021. I am of category 1. There are quite a few reasons why this category is a thing (and quite huge). For me it was the following: 1. I have to play 12hrs+ a day to get to champions league. There is simply no way around it as this is a grind where playing more gives more trophies. Of course if you are higher rated you get more points (for reasons i wont be mentioning here), but even the best players would have to grind many hours. Too much chess = worse performance over time; 2. I barely slept especially the last week. Grinding for all these hours and still having to do what you normally must do means you got to sacrifice some sleep. I had freed up schedule for the week going from champions league to legends league, but for obvious you cannot do that for every week. Little sleep = less focus = worse play; 3. Playing in the arenas. The higher rated you are the more likely you are to face worse opponents than you. In some tournaments I could barely get any rating from winning when I was 2400 and if i lost I lose 16 or at least close to. My rating therefore dropped alot - even to that point that I was 345 rating points under my peak and would have to play regular games in order to be allowed to join tourneys. (If I were to sandbag, why would I voluntarily keep dropping my rating below 2055?). Shortly summarizing this paragraph, my peak rating was gained when I was in top shape with good sleep, fresh mind and only playing for the pleasure of the game. This on the otherhand felt like quite the opposite.

My question is what happens now? Although in my opinion I should inter alia be put into champions league automatically for this false ban and for the fact that I was every day in top 3 until the incident, I doubt they will do this. So is there some kind of right I have? Some kind of compensation? This thing that just happened was pretty big downer, espcially considering how invested I was into this. I just feel like these mistakes cannot go unnoticed with people being harmed like that and then they are just supposed to move on with nothing in return.

Sounds like you know how to file an appeal. You can discuss fair play issues issues in the cheating forum club
