can someone please explain to me how does the time work since no mater how fast I play the moves the oponentalways has 4 minutes left and I am out of f.... time. And please dont bother saying i have a bad connction since my network works at 20mbs/s up and download.

Well, you have a lot of potential factors but anything from your local client and connection, to your ISP, any of the connections your traffic goes through, down to the chess.com datacenter and Live server process can play a part in it. As can the use or non-use of premoves by you or your opponent.
